I’d tell about mystery of human body, 0’ listen ;
The body has the quality of all in one.
God Naaraayana created all the twenty four essences ;
and cent percent proof is there, of course. (201)
In the mid line of the back there is vertebral column ;
and cervical, thoracic and lumbo-sacral are the parts therein.
Sixteen pairs of large bones are there in skeleton ;
and in upper and lower part of body, nine gates are present therein. (202)
Two ears, two nostrils, two eyes are there,
and including mouth in upper part they are seven number,
in lower part, with anus and genital-organ they all become nine gates,
and there are seventy thousand artery vein nerves. (203)
Ten variants of life-air circulate in arteries-veins-nerves ;
and they (life-air) carry nutrient-juice upto nails and hairs.
All the senses get satisfaction fully ;
and strength in the body increases regularly . (204)
Among the nerves, three are the main ;
spinal-cord, efferent and afferent are their name.
among the three, spinal-cord is the best ;
which extends upto the cranio-cervical point. (205)
Six different energy circle are there in the body ;
they are situated in anus, genital-organ, navel, chest,
fore-head and head accordingly.
Four, six, ten lotus-petals in anus, genital-organ and navel respectively ;
and eighteen petals are there in chest, adding purity. (206)
Respectively in head and fore-head there are sixteen and two petals ;
these are the six energy-circle described in yoga-scriptures.
O’ God ! mid-chest (chitta) is Thy place of existence ;
and “As you sow, so shall you reap” is Thy invaluable
boon to all creatures. (207)
O’ listen about the mid-point of the body ;
and take proof by searching in the body.
mid-point is located one and half inch above the anus ;
or itis one and half inch below the genital-base. (208)
mid-point of body is the dwelling place of life-force ;
and through hot and bright mid-point, the life force flows.
