The ten variants of air circulate through every point of
upper and lower part of the body ;
and their names are paana, apaana, byaana, samaana,
udaana, naaga, kurma, krikara, devadatta and dhananjaya. (210)
Spinal cord is within the vertebral column ;
and when the air-energy enters into it,
human being becomes immortal.
dormant-cosmic-energy resides in lower
end-point of spinal cord ;
and it is the God-gifted cosmic-energy
that looks like the serpent coiled. (211)

Analysis – Sholla Sholla gotaa means sixteen pairs. Sixteen pairs of large size bones are scapula
one pair, as a whole one pair of hands, one pair of legs, one pair of pelvic bone and twelve pair of
ribs.

Panchabhoota prakriti mahatva ahankaara |

odour, touch, sound, form, fluid,
mind and ten senses are the sixteen essences ; (75)
