জগত গুৰু শ্ৰীমন্ত শঙ্কৰদেৱৰ অমৃত সিদ্ধান্ত

Truth is covered by untruth which is shown to human being;
and it’s called my illusion, (O’ Brahmaa) know it to be definite. (229)

(13) SAINT

Shakti anurupe karaya savaako
upakaara saadhu nare|
mahaa kshamaa sheels sahana sheela
asooyaa kaako nakare||

The saint does benefaction to all
according to his or her ability;
great forgiver, tolerant he or she is,
who makes not the act of violence to anybody.

(14) COMPANY OF SAINTS OR NOBLE PERSONS

Kaanata kahanta kathaa krishne gopya kari|
naahike upaaya sakhi susangaka sari||
aahmaaka napaavai punu gyaanee karmmeeloka|
saadhu sange avashyeke bashya kare moka|| (178)

The God Krishna speaks to Uddhava’s ear secretely:
O’ friend, no other means is equal to the company of saints,
meditators of wisdom and priestly ritualists get not Me (Krishna);
of course, submissive I (Krishna) am to the company of saints. (178)

(15) BEHAVIOUR

Gunata adhika jito aaponaata kari|
taako dekhi preeti aati kariba saadari||
nakaribo kadaachito tahaaka asooyaa|
gunaadhama jana dekhi karibeka daayaa||
Samaane sahite jito mitrataa karaya|
Sangsaarara tini taape taaka nuchuvaya||

Love the person to the fullness of your mind
who is superior in quality to you, indeed.
Never think of viloence to him;
and be kind to the person who is devoid of quality
Further the person who makes friendship to the person of equal quality;
the three sorrows of human life touch not him.
