utilised for construction of the said wall in boarder areas. The problem of extremism and religious fundamentalism will be solved only after completion of wall construction. Otherwise, the future of India is dark. At last but not the least, the central govt. has taken two main decisions i.e. the sealing of international boarder and preparation of national citizens register. (5) A country can be said to have economically progressed only after full use of human resource. Extraction of high quality work and quantity of work are the two indexes based on which the competitive human resource can be produced. In this era of globalisation, if we fail to produce competitibe human resource of high quality, then India will not be able to face competition with developed countries and finally economy will go down.
As an initiatory step, all the departments but defence and finance should be brought under private sector. For all round development of India, high quality human resource in group A,B,C and D are to be created in individual enterprise sector, corporate sector and govt. sector; and this is the prime demand of present era.

It has been known from the scientific research carried out by Indian Councul of Agricultural Research that fertility strength of agricultural land becomes nearly zero on continuous use of fertilisers upto twenty to twenty fuve years. According to a report in the year 1989 it is stated that and Indian has been taking 0.27 mg of chemical fertiliser per day through daily meal. Therefore, in the present era, an ecofriendly green revolution is considered to be the most important for maintaining good health of human race, animals, birds etc.
