(7) Definite policy to eradicate imbalanced economic develipment prevailing amongst the states is to be taken. Investment of private sectors in different states should be proportionate and the central govt. in this respect should act as the controlling authority. Then jobs will be created for the common mass and as a result work culture will be developed and simultaneously the living standard of common people will be uplifted.
(8) Blood relation is permanent, powerful and having ability to disperse love. Inter caste and inter religion marriage system shoul be encouraged. Through this system, the inter caste and inter religious bond become full of toleration and powerfull. If in this direction the central and state govts take practical step, then within the span of twenty five years there will be establishment of “one country India and one nation Indian” in real sence. If a pilot project for ten years is taken up and accordingly if every couple of inter caste or inter religion is rewarded with rupees five lakhs, then each couple will become self dependent by doing business.

All India level examination should be conducted for the students who have secured the minimum average of eighty percent in class twelve exam. The course should be of five years duration. As a part of proportionate appointment from all states in all India level service, at least one candidate from each state should be appointed on quota basis; and remaining all posts should be kept open for all. But minimum average perecentage in class twelve exam must be eighty percent for all. Other rules will be remain as it is.
The central govt. along with other state govt.s should think on this matter ironically and heartily.
